Property was average, clean enough, although the kitchen is not very well equipped for a longer stay. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but the receptionist quickly changed our room which was super appreciated. Sharkeys across the canal had a great breakfast.

This property was misrepresented on Expedia on a 1 to 10 rating. It should be no more than a two we arrived one hour before the 3 o’clock cut off so we room had not even been touched yet. We waited until after three the room entered the room, which smelled terrible with high levels of toxic fumes from the cleaning fluid. The veranda deck was a puddle of cleaning product waiting to dry in puddles. They just dumped the bucket from cleaning inside over the floor of the veranda. The room was not what we ordered. We ordered two queen beds. It was one queen bed no linens for the pullout couch no face cloths no soap in the shower downstairs. The swimming pool was filthy dirty it had not been vacuumed. The side of the walls were all covered with crud and dirt. The umbrella at the pool yard were full of mold and the only linens upstairs on the queen bed smelled like dog. All of these issues were brought forward to the staff, which were very, not helpful of anything. They did not have any comments at all. They didn’t voice any concern over the issues that I had brought forward.

We enjoyed our stay, however, we prefer separate soaps, shampoo and conditioners. We did not like the refillable ones. Also our slider had some trouble opening and shutting/locking. Not a lot of amenities, but overall, comfortable. Spacious!

The reception area is filthy . The toung man who checked us in was not dressed like someone who was at work. It is not for me. We went out to n ourchase towels and bedding. Photos are misleading!!!

Front desk failed to load door keys twice, had to go back to get them re-programmed twice. Shower was cold water and no one showed how to use or would come to address. Bad communication at hotel.

Loved the location. The only problem was we had a hard time getting hot water in the shower, also there was no bottle opener. Other than that the place was perfect! We loved sitting on the balcony over looking the marina, we could enjoy the live music from the restaurant across the bay.

I go every two or three months an have appreciate the deterioration of the rooms, the poor cleaning and the shorting of staff member over the last year. Unfortunately on fridays and saturdays the personal that receive you that represent the face of the place have no experience, and the With a poor appearance and unkempt personal look. I always complaing to the girl that pick up the keys on Sunday she is the best receptionist they have and one of the oldest employees. Is about time that with the increase of the prices to customers owners underestand the need of capicitaded staff, maintenance needed and more personal to be able to properly clean the rooms.

The Rainbow Reef dive shop is right next door which makes it convenient to dive or snorkel without driving. The air conditioner cools the house very quickly. The full kitchen allows you to prepare meals and the covered outdoor patio is nice to sit and dine/work. The staff check in regularly to make sure everything is going well and if you need anything.
