「Family friendly 」

「It was good but they should open a snack bar at the pools area, than we don’t need to dry e go to restaurant for a full meal during the day. Also to book the restaurants they should create an app with specific time to do the reservations. We went to do ours and there weren’t spots available in some restaurants and the time of the reservations were super late, like 10:30pm.」

「Friendly staff, beautiful property, nice rooms. Poor wifi/cellular service in the actual room but it was fine throughout the main areas of the property. Food was so-so but drinks were excellent.」

「The place was so big. Had to take a trolley to go to the Grand Palace from the Adults only. The guest concierge Francia Garcia was really helpful and I couldn't thank her enough for all the help I got. From random questions to book dinner reservations, she was on point. 」
