「The hotel has the potential to be a best in class place. The infrastructure is there but staff should be better trained. There was no water from 3-5 PM in our rooms for 2 days and the person checking us in AT 3:00 should have informed us of that. Instead there is a little note on the table easily missed and we didn’t see until we tried to use the restroom in the room. 「Property is decent, got what you paid for. Got food poisoning and was charged $500 in a medical bill. Medical facility and care were way better than expected. Food was okay in my opinion, nothing to write home about, but got the job done. Not much to do on the property besides pool, beach, and small miscellaneous activities. Definitely an older crowd, so it was peaceful and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.」
