Our stay was overall pleasant, and the resort has a nice atmosphere. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The bed sheets were very light, and heavier bedding would make the stay more comfortable. The bathroom also needs some upgrades and better attention to detail to match the rest of the resort. With improvements in these areas, the overall experience would be much better.

The resort is wonderful. I stayed for 5 days and I was extremely happy with staff. They are very attentive and always greeting you with a smile. The rooms are very clean. The food was absolutely delicious and the whole vibe was relaxing a overall happy. I will gladly return.

If you are looking for a “caribbean experience” close to the beach…this is it. However, if the beach scene isn’t your goal, you may want to look elsewhere. We had a group and chose the property for our last night in country. It was pretty noisy with party music and lots of activity until 11PM. Emmanuel at the desk was very friendly and helpful…however there was a misunderstanding with the breakfast buffet. We went to the restaurant expecting it to be free and the waitress was rude indicating that we must pay. Had she handled the situation better, we would’ve likely ordered there instead of going off site for breakfast. Beds were ok, facilities are somewhat dated. View of the ocean-beautiful. Beach access and quality—great!

Staff were fairly friendly, but some seemed annoyed that I only spoke English and I was actually ignored on 2 occasions when trying to order a drink. Management kept saying if we had issues to let them know, but every time we did, they would say there was nothing they could do about it. We were there 2 weeks and had no running water on 3 occasions for over 2 hours minimum and one time for 8 hrs! Beautiful beach and lovely locals made our trip worth it, but this resort has a lot to be done to make it a place worth returning to!

Staff was great, room needs extermination for ants in the bathroom. Pool was great but the beach you can't relax and enjoy because every 2 minutes someone is trying to sell you something, I respect the hustle but no is no and they keep on other then that everything else was fine.

Our room was clean, the staff were friendly, the food was good, and the grounds were well kept. The staff were very visible and constantly cleaning around the pools and throughout the resort. Overall, a great experience; we will be back.

Overall I would say the customer service needs a bit of an improvement. Rooms could be updated with simple things, like a mirror in the bedroom, corner shelves in the shower, being able to contact the front desk on the phone instead of walking there each time for a simple question, concern, room issue. Having some clarity if there are issues that occur like no running water (apparently it occured also in other areas in DR) so not completely the hotels fault, but atleast tell guests what is happening. More lounge chairs for the amount of guests that are there.

The staff was wonderful and very hard working. The pools were always clean and they were constantly cleaning. The resort advertised tennis courts and there were none. The activities were limited and the entertainment in the evening was not very entertaining to me. Apparently some of the rooms are nice but the one we had needed a lot of updating. I need an accessible room and although there were grab bars in the shower there was none by the commode which was problematic. Some of the walkways were flat but to go to the reception area, the smaller pool, the gift shop and the à la carte restaurant there was uneven stones with holes and if it wasn’t for my teenage grandsons I never could have gone to those areas.
