「It was good but they should open a snack bar at the pools area, than we don’t need to dry e go to restaurant for a full meal during the day. Also to book the restaurants they should create an app with specific time to do the reservations. We went to do ours and there weren’t spots available in some restaurants and the time of the reservations were super late, like 10:30pm.」

Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten...

「The place was so big. Had to take a trolley to go to the Grand Palace from the Adults only. The guest concierge Francia Garcia was really helpful and I couldn't thank her enough for all the help I got. From random questions to book dinner reservations, she was on point. 」
