「Housekeeping barely came around and when they did it was at 7am when were all sleeping. Had to go down to the front desk anytime we needed towels and toilet paper. Their card readers didn’t work at all so they had to type in peoples card numbers each time. Not safe! Couldn’t buy anything from downstairs after 10pm, parking sucked drain was clogged so bad in the bathroom water wouldn’t go down. Pillows were nasty and outdated. Go buy $4 pillows at Walmart. 「When we arrived, we were put in a different room than what I paid for. I spent 1200 for 3 nights and the front desk person put us in a room that was more like a closet. After a few hours, I went to complain and they put us in the right room. Then the next day we get a call that our bands had to be rekeyed because the original person only did it for one night. 「Check-in time is 4 pm. Our room wasn’t ready until around 5. We reserved one of the penthouse suites for 5 people. Only 4 towels in room and no sheets etc for the sofa bed. The room was right next door to a restaurant. They blasted music every night until around midnight. The bedroom had a window and you could hardly hear the tv over the music much lone get to sleep. 「I booked this hotel through expedia for a nice summer vacation for my family and I. With that said, the amount of money that was paid for the stay that a few BASIC essentials be of working conditions... 6.6/10 rating is a HUGE LIE!!!!!. *Our entire stay, one elevator was broken and out of service; *flushing the toilet was a nightmare... *how hard is it to provide correct towels. And major last one here: RUSTED, PEELING STAIRWELL. Extremely lucky we as a family didn't have to deal with that...

「One of the absolute best places to stay. My family & I were overjoyed to be staying here again as we have made The Reef our yearly vacation spot. We got there early this year and they did their best to get us in the room as soon as they could. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and you can request housekeeping to clean your room after a couple days stay. They do a nice job. We love the reef!」

「Lots of weed smells in passage way and elevators. It’s not good to stay with kids in these kind of environments. Refrigerator was not working, so owner have tape it not repair or replaced it.」
