「Pros: beach side, pool, bed was comfy, we received a free upgrade to the beach side Cons: parking-did not feel confident/safe in the parking situation whatsoever, the entire hotel is outdated with old carpet everywhere, tiki bar was closed the entire time we were there, you had to pay to use the beach chairs, it just didn’t feel clean, we wouldn’t return To note: this property has two locations, one is beachside and one of directly behind it on the opposite side of the main road. 「Its an older building, but it was a perfect location. Beds were comfortable, we didn't see any bugs! Had everything we need! The view from the balcony was amazing! We were on the 5th floor. Great value for the price.」

「There was signs saying they did light cleaning daily, nobody came to our room to take trash out, give us toilet paper, or provide new towels. We had to call for toilet paper (thank god i had wipes from my son) and they came hours later. Took out our trash multiple times to the end of the hall. 「I arrived around 11:30 PM on Tuesday to check in, and the lady at the front desk was very rude. I was just asking a few questions and trying to understand everything, but even though I was being friendly, she had an aggressive attitude the whole time. The rooms were also old and not very clean. Other than that, the location was excellent, which made the trip enjoyable, and the pools were clean and well maintained.」

「Rooms were clean and well maintained. Cleaning/maintenance staff were polite and attentive. Front desk staff were nice too. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with plenty of options. Laundry room was a disaster - only one washer worked and not too well. Pool got really cloudy before it was cleaned/refreshed.」
