「We stayed here for a wedding and everything was perfect. close to the venue and the staff was accomidating」

「Front desk staff was excellent and rooms were clean and functional. Air conditioning is incredibly loud which they are hoping to fix. Pool was nice but it could use a cleaning. Perfect location. Walking distance to all the action but far enough away so that road noise was not an issue.」

「Staff was very friendly. Room smelled extremely musty. It did not have good ventilation. The jacuzzi tub was very slippery. It seemed as if it was cleaned but not rinsed after. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very tiny and dated. The location was ideal.」

「My experience at this hotel was very disappointing from the very beginning. On the night of my arrival, I asked a question to the person at the front desk, and the response I received was unfriendly and quite rude, which created a poor first impression. 「This is the second year me and my husband have vacationed and stayed at Old Gatlinburg rentals. They are incredible. As far as we're concerned, It's very laid-back and you never see anybody unless you need them. Plus it's a quick and convenient 5-minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg! Now, if you are very scared of bears, there is a lot of bears around here but we view that as a plus. This has officially become our home away from home and anytime we stay in Gatlinburg we will be staying here! ♥️」
