「Everything was wonderful. We literally had a sound proof room. And the blinds completely darkened the room. The pool was great. The breakfast at the restaurant had amazing food and view of Gatlinburg. Everything was clean and organized. The hotel wasn't full of kids. Plenty of parking. Definitely a prime location close to everything. This was the first time for my wife. We were on our 3rd anniversary of our first date.」

「It’s a great historic hotel. Brings you back to the days when times were simpler. Bathroom was updated and beds comfortable. Room was clean as well as the common areas. Breakfast was typical hotel continental and decent. Great location since it’s right in the middle of the parkway strip. Request a balcony in front of the hotel for street view if occasional noise from the street doesn’t bother you. Will definitely book here again.」

「My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay here. This place was great for the price. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the river. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and worked for our needs. The room appears outdated, however had floors that were not carpeted which we prefer. We did utilize the pool one day and it was clean and comfortable- not crowded. If we return to the area we will stay here again.」

「Very nice staff with spacious rooms. Cleaning staff was excellent. Breakfast room was very small and cramped when trying to get food and coffee. Food selections weren't great and the coffee imo was not drinkable but tastes vary. Overall a pleasant stay with wonderful balcony views and sounds.」
