「El hotel está en un lugar céntrico donde puedes acudir o tener entes alternativas, gastronómicas y turísticas. Las facilidades de entretenimiento en tiendas de la piscina y la playa son hermosas. El Nightlife en el hotel es tranquilo ya a las nueve de la noche. No hay mucho que hacer en el hotel sin embargo, sus alrededores ofrecen muchas alternativas de entretenimiento.」

「Dirty, disgusting hotel, worst customer service, no shampoo, and no soap. Worst place I have ever stayed. They should shut them down and not market this hotel.」

「Overall, I had a great stay at the Fairmont. The only downside was that my room had a strange smell, and the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working. Other than that, everything was excellent. The amenities were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.」

「La propiedad y los cuartos no son como los promotional en el website. Baño muy pequeño como para niños. Camas no limpias al 100%. Pisos no limpios. Solo tres ganchos de ropa para 4 personas. Reemplazo de toallas sucias. Cuando fueron a dar servicio de limpienza no lo hicieron completo. Elevador solo para 4 personas. No suficiente espacio. El area de estacionamiento muy limitado y espacios muy pequeños. Espera en porton para entrar a veces un poco larga. Baño no limpio o agradable para estadia....

「I stayed at Wyndham TRYP for 6 days and was very disappointed with my experience. The room was much smaller than expected, and the bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The most disappointing part of my stay was the breakfast. I paid $40 and received what was, without question, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. The food was cold, the selection was poor, and there was no staff available to assist guests or address concerns. The dining area...

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「The beach is full of sea weed and the water is not clear. You pay a resort fee but still have to pay $10 for a beach chair when the beach is full. The pools max at 3ft. If you love the water you his is not the place for you. I had to take taxis to nice beaches off site. The food was below expectations. Not one meal was good. I spent time going offsite for meals. I just had breakfast.」
