「I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. 「The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations...

「Staffs were friendly and nice, the room was clean. But it has been using a central air conditioning, so we were unable to switch it to fan mode, which made the room way too dry in the evening. Apart from that the hotel location is excellent, we d recommend others to stay here if they prefer to travel within the central London.」

「原本就可以理解房間會很小，所以不易外，而且行李箱還有空間打開，所以大小可接受。但是床很難睡，感覺得到中間有一條不平整的塌陷，睡得腰酸背痛 房間乾淨度也有待加強 我是住地下室，窗戶打開是別的房間走道，只要有人經過，聲音就像沒有隔間班清楚，還好我很好睡，不然很容易被吵醒」
