酒店以前是个学校改的，小巧精致。只有30多间客房，房间微信，离HAMMERSMITH地铁站步行10分钟左右。早餐不错。

Overall the hotel was nice. Only complain was the draperies which were dusty and unkept; which, when we move them had dust and cobwebs. Aside from that, it was a wonderful, clean room. The area surrounding the hotel was AMAZING. Lot's of little places to walk to with transit accessible from Baron's Court station.

This hotel was just perfect. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The perfect balance of comfort and style with a welcoming feel. The beds were comfortable, room was quiet and good sized for European hotel rooms. The neighborhood is clean, safe and quiet, and I especially loved the park in the back for a relaxing stroll. Not too far of a walk from the metro and worth the extra steps to stay in this area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of afternoon tea. The food and tea were both delicious and the wait staff were a big help with choosing the tea options. Being an American who only drinks a couple of versions of hot tea, I appreciated the patience and expertise they provided. Our waiter was the best. He gave us tips for places to visit and really made us feel at home on our short stop in London. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in the UK.

Just wasn’t happy with the room #9. It was quite small and as we are aware it’s an old building and rooms can be smaller than others it was quite tight for a couple. We opened the small window but had to close it due to odour. We mentioned to the front desk that the stained chair should be cleaned or removed.

Room very comfortable. Close to train stations. Pretty park right next door feels like part of property. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were exceptional. I had a large king room with a sitting area which was wonderful. Updated with all the amenities to make my stay perfect.

The architecture and setting of the hotel was lovely. Loved the history of the site regarding Churchill and WWII. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The bathroom was modern and large. We would definitely stay here again.

Ein sehr bezauberndes, historisches kleines Hotel. Wir hatten die churchill Suite im Souterrain. Sehr nett eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Property was beautiful. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was just ok. The eggs were runny and the coffee was terrible. The other options were fine. Staff was not very friendly.

Great hotel in a great location with a good bar with a selection of over 200 whiskey to try. Good bus services to Kensington and Knightsbridge for a spot of shopping and places to eat.

The hotel is located in a quite good area. The underground station 'Hammersmith' is nearby. So travelling is very easy. I would recommend it to travellers of all ages.
