「The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the...

However there was an issue in the morning, as the maid knocked on my door 3 times starting probably at 9, for some unknown reason when I was just trying to sleep... My check out time was 12, and I checked in late... I do not know what was wrong with her, I even asked the staff on her, 4 star hotel, and something this ridiculous happens ..」
