We really liked our state. The room was clean. The staff was friendly muffins and grains offered for a light breakfast were great. It’s a delightful quirky property. This isn’t a Manicure experience. It’s like visiting a friend who’s got a a cabin. It overlooks a lake and I think all the rooms have French doors that directly overlook the lake. The staff was really friendly and really nice.

This place is a step above most hotels near the interstate. Little touches give it a country feel and the river that runs behind it is lovely. My wife and I stopped here 20 years ago when we'd first started dating and now we were able to show it to our 20 year old daughter and our 18 year old son.

We stayed one night, The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The property was very nice considering it's age and the room and grounds were very clean. The deck was nice too sit out on with the river view. My only critique would be to update the furniture on the deck. Overall it was a great stay.

A welcoming staff member shared useful information and good recommendations when we arrived. The building is plain yet has character which is in keeping with it's origin. Our room was clean and had in it the original massive fireplace (no longer usable). The Inn's location is very good for convenience and the ambiance. Our stay was enjoyable.
