Room was clean. Coffee machine in the room was not clean so we didn't use it. Property is pretty well maintained and has a nice, outdoor seating area. The restaurant onsite is great! Location is very convenient to Newport, Jamestown, Wickford, the PVD airport and the interstate to any place you want to take a drive to.

Rooms are super comfy, loved making use of the fire pit and having a great restaurant right next door. Only complaint would be the TV, it stopped working for a little while and wouldn’t allow my to connect my Apple TV to the hdmi port. Some of the outlets didn’t work either. Otherwise, I definitely would stay here again. The beach is not far, and Newport is a short 25 min drive away!

Place was clean, quiet and rooms large, however place is dated, beds were hard, the tv was too small for the size of the room, the check-in person was not helpful when we asked for good places to eat and if your going to put rooms where your lit hotel sign is, then put room darkening curtains up not slatted white window shades.
