Decent size clean room, good size bathroom. The only complaint we have was the size of the parking lot. The spaces were compact making it hard to get in/out and there werent enough spaces to park. Overall, Nice place to lay your head for a night. Would book again

Disappointing Stay: Outdated and Poorly Maintained. The hotel is old, neglected, and the few attempts to modernize it look cheap and unfinished. The property charges modern hotel rates for a motel-level experience.Avoid this place until management invests in a real, professional renovation.

I have stayed here before and would stay there again. Love the park like setting, the staff is very polite and friendly. Room spotless and comfortable. Close to a fantastic pizza place and other stores and shopping.

This is a very sweet, charming little hotel nestled back in a very quiet neighborhood. The owners are lovely. They are extremely accommodating and the rooms unbelievably clean and oversized. We will definitely be rebooking when we return in August. Thank you for a great stay!

This was a convenient place to stay close to wickford. Worked out well to have your pet as well only $50 fee. But if you have a pet your in a separate building in front of the restaurant. If you’re a late sleeper it gets loud by the staff who started working at 6am. Also the mattresses were very had I was sore the next day. They really need put some foam mattress pads on the beds. It was really nice to have the breakfast right next to the hotel and there is a nice green area to walk your pet.

Very clearly a recently renovated and rehabilitated facility. VERY clean, affordable, easy check in, easy check out, hot water, quiet, easily accessible.... just a very nice place for a quick overnight stay on business.

The rooms are clean and nice looking. Staff and front desk are closed at night, but great service during the day. It’s next to a good restaurant that opens early for breakfast. Great location.

Place was clean, quiet and rooms large, however place is dated, beds were hard, the tv was too small for the size of the room, the check-in person was not helpful when we asked for good places to eat and if your going to put rooms where your lit hotel sign is, then put room darkening curtains up not slatted white window shades.

It was a pleasant place to stay. But when they say “upgraded roomsl it means they put in new flooring and painted. The outside of the building is lacking. But staff was very very nice and it was close to the village which is where we wanted to spend our time. Probably won’t stay again.

Pros: A/C was on so room was comfortable despite heat wave. Room clean. Cons: the window A/C cycled off/on with a loud noise instead of just staying on at a steady temperature. The mini fridge was so loud I finally unplugged it. The queen bed squeaked with just sitting on it. I can't imagine two people if you get my drift. The pillows are hard foam{?}, extremely uncomfortable. The shower head produced tiny jets that almost hurt. Imagine a hundred water picks! When asked, I got no restaurant recommendation. There is nothing within walking distance. North Kingston is a few miles away with excellent dining choices. I would not stay here again.
