「Very Dirty and Nowhere Near 5-Star Standard We stayed at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa for two nights, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The room was not clean, with visible dust, and there were even pieces of glass on the balcony—very concerning as we were travelling with two young children. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, uneven, and not fit for use. During our stay, the shower stopped working mid-use, and the air conditioning also didn’t work during one...

「The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. 」

「Deluxe room was smallish. Bathroom small. AC system kept automatically cycling between cool and heat, necessitating waking up at 3am to change back to heat. Sofa bed was awful and will hurt your back. Plus was there is onsite washer and dryer, altho dryer required 6 lbs in coins, which the front desk may or may not have. Area was kinda dead at nite. Heard police sirens all nite long from my 3d floor room. 」
