「We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. 「Very convenient location near Earl’s Court underground station. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. 「This hotel is very close to the Earl court Station. Has many shops around. The rooms are clean and you’ve got everything in there what you need. The hotel staff is very friendly and so helpful. Everything goes smooth and quick. Been there already two times and I will definitely book Brits Hotel Earl Court again when visiting London! 」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...
