「very bad, check in process took very long, inconvenience payment at the hotel, cannot pay at the property in spite it stated on hotel.com you can, aircon not working properly, very hot, no one attended to our multiple requests for aircon problem, tissue paper and cleaning of garage can, no one even noticed there was a big garbage bag outside our room door for a few days, no staff present at the property for any assistance required」

「Great base for our work in the Kensington/Knightsbridge area. Comfortable bed and clean and spacious room and appreciated the bath after a long day. We've stayed in other Numa properties and like the brand, it's always a good choice. A bit of a walk from the nearest tube but was fine for us - made the cost of a three night trip very reasonable」

「The room was very modern and clean. It was perfect for our requirements. Our only issue was the fact that we got our check in instructions when we were waiting outside out the premises after having to contact customer service. Perhaps emailing the info out earlier in the day would be better. 」

「Good location. Short walk to underground station. Two stops to South Ken for all the museums. Nice area, felt very safe. Apartment itself is OK. Rooms are small but we didn’t spend much time there so not an issue. Amenities were good; oven, fridge etc. Was clean enough but felt like it could do with a bit of a makeover to spruce the place up a bit. Check in was fine and comms were all very good. 」

「Nice clean room and bathroom although the bathroom was so small I had to contort myself to get into the shower. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was excellent. Overall very happy and would stay there again.」
