「I was visiting for the Festival for two weeks and the setup and location are ideal. The property is lovely, the staff are too. It was wonderful having laundry and a kitchen for that length of time.」

「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low...

「Laura checked us in and she was amazing & super helpful! Bed was comfy & location was good. Bit of a maze getting to/from carpark, reception and out and needed key to get in/out of all doors but otherwise great place to stay.」
