「A very clean hotel. Rooms were fantastic with the small kitchen and washing machine. Location was excellent as well both from the train station and from the main tourist spots. It is tucked away on a side street, which is quieter and around the corner from a grocery store, take away restaurant and coffee shops. Loved our stay there!」

「Generally fine. But cleaning room only once every two days is not acceptable at this price point.」

「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low...

「Disturbing levels of plant room noise and vibration day and night, resonates through building Bonny View. Bedside table and light switch on one side of bed only annoying if you are a couple. No floor towel in bathroom .」
