「Top Lage!」

「Laundry room good……………………………………………..」

「Very good location for tube and getting around London. Checking in process was excellent and would stay again.」

「Located in the heart of old London, so everything is within walking distance. Clean well equipped unit for 2 people There is a set of stairs to the lift and the microwave is incorporated in the oven.」

「Excellent location and comfortable apartment」

「very convenient location. but have to walk one level up by staircase which not convenient for travellers with luggages.」

「Very convenient location. But cannot store luggage before check in. Also need to carry own luggage upstairs. The staff is very responsive and helpful though. Overall great value in this location. 」

「Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.」

「Really good location. Easy and pleasant communication with the person responsible for this place. Bathroom needs some refreshment.」

「More cleaning supplies and toiletries such as shampoos and soaps and towels should have been supplied initially, also wifi password was incorrect, which was inconvenient, poor check in instruction not stating which floor the apartment was on, which was also quite frustrating」

「Upgraded to a two room apartment with two bathrooms and well furnished kitchen on third floor. The heater and guest bathroom had problems the first night of our stay. The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up! 」
