Great to have the space after staying in small hotel rooms. Nice to have a kitchen. It is right in the middle of all the action. It was a bit noisy at night but didn’t bother our sleep. Would highly recommend to friends/family. Great price for the space and location!

Fantastic location, studio is spacious, kitchen area is good. Things to improve would be cleaning the windows, some decorating required, evidence of water leaks, wardrobe space is functional but very basic, some light bulbs need replacing. The five flights of stairs were ok for me and a bit of a view if the windows were cleaner but nay be a problem for others.

Great location. A lot of space and we appreciated the washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge. Close to many tube stations so easy access to other parts of London. Would highly recommend and will be staying again on our next trip!

The apartment is fine and has all the amenities. However the listing should CLEARLY state it is a four story walk up. I only learned this upon arrival and had a ton of luggage and a husband with a bum knee. The photos look better than it is. There is just a 2-seater sofa that is dirty.... it isn't the most "comfy" spot. The bedroom had no side tables and one side light was missing. Then as I was working each day, I went to do my hair and there is no mirror with an outlet near it! From a communication standpoint, it took days to get a reply prior to our trip (stating ONLY if it's an emergency and if you were on site, was it ok to call) which was frustrating. All in all, the place grew on us but really it needs some serious attention!

Great location right in the middle of everything. The property team was very responsive and accommodating. The flat was perfect size for two people and the bed was super comfy. Just be prepared for stairs, which we were aware of ahead of time.

Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Il envoie un mail avec toutes les explications pour pouvoir trouver et rentré dans l'appartement. Nous évions l'appartement 7 sur 8. Attention les escaliers c'est sport surtout après une bonne journée de marche dans Londres. L'appartement était propre, bien équipé. Il y a eu un dégât des eaux le plafond avait des grosses auréoles, dommage. Sinon l'emplacement est vraiment idéal. Proche de bus et de l'overground. Quartier avec pleins de restaurants ( Chinatown), boutique souvenirs ect...

Amazing location! Tons of pubs, restaurants and shops all just a minutes walks and right next to a theater. We were on the top floor which made carrying luggage difficult as there’s no elevator, but you can request help from the housekeepers which is nice. The location made the stairs worth it! We had great communication and were supplied with detailed instructions on how to work the appliances. All in all, we had an amazing stay!

Very nice apartment, with all amenities. Convenient for Leicester Square. Be aware if you have walking problems, our apartment was 3rd floor up, no problem for us but a lot of stairs. Highly recommend.

The location of this property is wonderful and in a lively part of town close to everything including two tube stops. We felt very safe there. The room itself simple, and it had everything we needed. The communication up front was excellent, but we ran in to an issue with our accommodation and did not hear back after reaching out to our host. Not a deal breaker but that's the reason for the four stars instead of five.

Beautiful area to stay in! It was great having a washer/dryer and kitchen table. I would have loved it if there had been extra towels, blankets, and a hair dryer. The only thing that was terrible was the shower because the lack of water pressure meant it kind of just dribbled out. Also, lugging our bags up six flights of stairs was rough but I think that’s probably just because it’s an old building. Loved staying in SoHo though!

The property does not have an elevator so if you are unable to carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs then this maybe an issue. We were there in the Fall so the weather was cool so AC was not required, the unit does not have AC but they do have fans.

Convenience over comfort?

While the location of the apartment is convenient, the noise factor can be a deterrent for those who are traveling for business or working through jet lag. The building has a lot of charm, but walls are paper thin, and at times I felt my neighbors’ conversations where happening in the same room as me. A few dirty dishes in the cabinets needed to be rewashed before use. However, on an extended stay like mine, the washer/drier combo as well as a functional kitchen was of great use.

The property was in an excellent location, very central. Secure and felt safe. Not a very warm homey feeling, more sterile and new. The laundry machine was so useful, though the handle was broken and a bit difficult to open. It was very spacious and comfortable. I did see other reviews talking about the stairs so I tried to contact the property to request a lower floor however I didn’t get a response. Hoping they had gotten the message, we arrived with huge luggage (we were vacationing for a long time and with winter clothes) and the stairs were BRUTAL. Even if you are on the 3rd floor, there are several flights of stairs before you even start counting lol. All in all, though we do wish we had heard back from the property about the floor, it was worth it for the location and price. If you don’t have a strong husband to help carry the luggage up all those stairs or if you have mobility issues/elderly, etc this may not be the property for you. But if you are in decent shape and don’t mind the walk up, this place is fantastic.
