There isn't a front desk but they are very helpful with chat application. Very convenient to visit museums and there are quite a few restaurants and supermarkets.

Really clean. Functional little kitchenette. Nice shower. Rather high bed- had to remember to climb down carefully! Bed comfortable fur sleeping. Window opened only a little. View of wall. Codes to get in worked well. WiFi easy access. Vegan Thai restaurant down the road a bonus!

Too difficult to figure how to let yourself in. 1/4a roll of toilet paper, no hooks to hang wet towels, W/D instructions are hard to understand, no fridge. Room has zero space to moce around. Im a slender person. Anyone who is not slender wont fit. Floor was very dirty.

The property was more than adequate for our short visit to London, the only downside was the smell of what seemed to be of dirty drains. I ended up using an aerosol of antiperspirant to mask the smell.

Excellent location, clean and modern property. Shops, restaurants and Earl's Court tube station nearby. Appreciate the emailed directions before my visit, but a welcome book/guidebook would be a helpful addition.(ie how to use the heating system)

Appartement was zeer schoon, kitchenette zeer basic, maar heel fijn. Waterkoker, inductieplaatje, magnetron. Alles wel héél krap, 1 stoel aanwezig. Appartement 27 is .. ónder het troittoir. Met slechts 1 heel klein raampje, dus geen daglicht! We kregen t niet echt warm, ondanks verrijdbaar radiatortje. Prima om te verblijven, te slapen, we bleven 3 nachten, heel basic. Ik zou er zeker weer kunnen boeken, maar dan om een ander appartement vragen. S nachts heel stil, nauwelijks burengerucht gehoord.

Teeny tiny apartment!

Location is great, but this apartment was really small. The only tiny table with 2 stools were literally made for kids (low and super tiny), and you're meant to use this to eat from!? The shower is also so small, I left with bruises as you can't have a shower without bumping yourself everywhere. The wifi was also really poor, luckily I had an office nearby I could use for work, but streaming a film was not an option, and again, that teeny tiny children's table was also not suitable to work from.

Fantastic location close to direct tube connections to Heathrow and central London sites, Kew. Good layout with separate two bedrooms for family of four with college age children, a rare find in this part of London.

Apart from good location with walking distance to Earl's Court Station and ample space with kitchen and living room, the apartment is quite average. The rooms' light were quite dimmed and inadequate. The corridor's light was flickering. One of the air conditioner was noisy.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super!Sehr zentral und alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Mehrere Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen. Metro/Busse alles und in jede Richtung in 3-5 min. Fussweg zu erreichen.Der Perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen Citytrip.Der check-in gestaltete sich reibungslos und ohne Komplikationen. Ich war jetzt das 4 mal in London und das erste mal in dieser Unterkunft. Leider war unser Apartment nicht sauber. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Auf dem Bettzeug waren Haare. Die Toilette war nicht richtig geputzt. Die Teller/Tassen/ Besteck waren noch mit Essensresten beschmutzt. Es gab keine Handtücher um Geschirr abzutrocknen. Der Zustand des Apartments war auch nicht mehr der Beste. Der Duschkopf in der Wand war so verkalkt,dass er schon rostig aussah. Es gab leider keine 2 Stühle für den Tisch.Da gestaltet sich das gemeinsame Früstück etwas schwierig. So zog es sich leider durch. Wenn es hier und da an Ausstattung fehlt,finde ich das nicht schlimm, aber an Sauberkeit sollte es nicht mangeln.

Comfortable stay in London.

Very modern apartment and convenient for public transport, food and supermarkets. Kitchen was handy for breakfast . Would stay again. Fridge was a bit noisy at night tbough. Bins could be emptied more often as our stay was 12 days.
