Great overnight accommodation and good value for the area. Everything was clean and tidy and the room had all we needed. A great find and one we hope to use again for future visits to London.

Our room was much smaller then in the photo, however it was clean and functional, the cleaners and the handyman were all excellent and nothing was a bother.

I wasn't aware that i still have to provide my creit card once again. It was pure luck that i met with one of your customer came out of the building so i knew where is the office. This is not ok for me!!! It was raining and i have to wait until someone came out!!!!

Good value

Very good value. Convenient location close to tube stations. Comfortable and well equipped. Staff friendly. It was surprisingly quiet for London and the tubes didn't have any noise impact. However the fridge was excessively noisy and caused some sleep disturbances.

Nice helpful launderette man nearby since the property’s laundry is very small , dryers don’t work well but seems to be the way in the UK for the small dryers? Nice pub nearby . And 8 minute walk to dining , grocery, shopping and train and bus . Our kitchen was very very small. Has cutesy sayings where a hook or a shelf would be more useful. Staff helpful, brought fan and extra hangers.

A great place to stay for a concert at the Apollo. Dinner and drinks on the Thames and the venue all within walking distance and also walking distance to station. It was hot while we were staying and no air con(which is fine from an eco perspective). We were able to open the windows but this meant a very noisy night sleep. Otherwise everything that you needed for an overnight stay and the communication and checking in process was really straightforward.

Good location and keyless entry system, however I struggle to see how it's a four star accommodation. Mould in the bathroom. No air conditioning. Smart TV doesn't function as a smart TV as there's no way to cast or access apps. Both email and "online welcome pack" said that check out was at 2pm but we were unceremoniously woken at 11 by housekeeping and told that we needed to leave. We informed her that check out was at 2pm but she just said no and asked us when we would be gone. Couldn't be bothered to argue so an annoying end to a mediocre stay. Probably wouldn't return.

Our stay was completely wonderful. Easy walk to food or essential needs and easy 10 min walk to the tube. Great access to all areas of London. The staff was very courteous and came each day to freshen the room. I would stay here again!

Lovely stay

Room was a bit small but I am satisfied because I am small convenient with kitchenette. One thing I probably comment was a bit far from Hammersmith station. Nice area I feel save also has lock at the door that you need code to get in. Register is 109 addr.

Too small for a double!

Cute place but very small. No space to spread out at all. Hate the side of bed against the wall for an elderly couple who has to get up to use the loo in middle of night. Not shown in picture. Kitchenette nice. Glad for only one night. Bed space a definite problem. No AC, but I knew that. Tram or train noise. Otherwise, clean, cute place.
