Chic Property

Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.

Brilliant room, but the space is not big enough. Good service and food buffet. Only one the hing needs to concern that the location is not easy to take public transportation such as bus or underground. The nearest one station is London Bridge, or you need to cross the Thames to St Pual’s would-be convent.

The hotel apartment was nice and in a good location 6min walk to the station or a 1 min walk to the ferry. The rooms are on the small side as not much room to store bags. This could be fixed if the lamp and small table removed as not need and just get in the way. This is where you could put suitcases. The thing i like was the moment something wasnt working properly it was fixed the same day or next. Would definitely stay here again

This was our second time at Native Bankside. We came back because we love the apartment feel and the location close to the Globe, the Burrough Markets and the Thames. Perfect base for exploring London.

We thought the room was a great size for the area/price point. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was great for prepping some breakfast and making tea. The added milk in the fridge was a nice touch! We got in quite late, but the check-in was quick and easy. Our room was very quiet and we loved the blackout curtains so we could sleep in after a long journey. The filtered water in the common area was appreciated also. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed anything. The location is perfect to walk to many attractions like Borough Market, the Tower of London, and Tower Bridge. We took the Uber Boat (1 minute walk from the hotel) to reach more central areas like Covent Garden and Soho. We were also only a 8 minute walk from the tube to get back to the airport. We would definitely stay here again if we return to London.

Clean, well designed room. Fridge, washing/dryer machine and dishwasher are useful. A/C and heating was efficient. Well situated, about 10 minutes walk to the tube and the train. Borough market is less than 5 minutes away. Would go back without hesitation.

The room is good size, modern design with cabinet included. The washroom is difficult to access through the sliding door. Light fixtures have a life of their own, turning on and off randomly. Room isn’t cleaned during the stay, only fresh towels provided upon request. Location is excellent, easy access to Borough Market services.

Die Lage ist super. Man ist schnell an der Tower Bridge oder St. Pauls, Borough Market in 5min zu erreichen, für uns perfekt. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas abgewohnt und paar defekte waren vorhanden. Der Lichtsensor im Bad funktionierte nicht, so das immer Licht im Bad brannte, der Spiegel im Bad war an einer oberen Ecke gesplittert, Fugen an der Tür wurden einfach offen gelassen und die Dusche verteilt das Wasser grosszügig im Bad so das der Türrahmen schon gammelig war. , Spinnweben hinter den Vorhängen, eingetrocknete Popel am Möbiliar, Tisch mit Absplitterungen. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, Klimaregulierung nur durch Klimaanlage und diese ist nicht leise. Lautstärkeempfindliche Menschen sollten definitiv Ohrstöpsel einpacken. Die Küchenzeile ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alles was man benötigt war auch da. Kaffee (in Tüten), Teebeutel, Milch und Zucker waren kostenfrei. Im nahegelegenen Tesco kann man sich mit Lebensmitteln eindecken. Zimmerreinigung habe ich nie mitbekommen, ab und zu wurde ein Handtuch und der Badvorleger ausgetauscht, aber um Toilettenpapier zu bekommen mussten wir 2x an der Reception fragen. Fazit: Der Aufenthalt war ok. Gemütlich war es. Aber der Service ist nicht gut. Für den gezahlten Preis kommt es für mich nicht mehr in Frage.
