Fabulous location. Walk to Tower of London, SpitalFields; loved the room - very clean staff were very friendly checking in. I didn't get her name, but there was a Hungarian woman who checked us in who was very helpful with all the hotel details and other items. Shout out to Samina and Saikot behind the wine/coffee bar that is open 24/7 in the lobby - very nice and accomodating. I highly recommend the hotel and will stay there during my next trip to London.
