"Stayed for one night on a coastal trip up north, although nothing to complain about regarding the property , we were expecting more for the price we paid. Breakfast was nice had a menu choice option of cooked dishes, the property still felt like a more up market B&B. Limited accommodation choices in the village and surrounding area likely allows for the higher price points."

"Loved our long weekend at the Black Bull. Very busy pub, but as we were on the second floor no noise issues. Smashing Sunday lunch and all the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady behind the bar who checked us in. Only issue was no lift and the stairs are quite steep, so definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Would not hesitate to recommend and will stay again. "

"Just stayed in room 5 (family room) with my partner it’s Lovely hotel, very clean and well kept beautifully decorated rooms and furnishings. Nice and central to everything would definitely stay again. Very accommodating and and around lovely place to stay x"
