The Ashburn Hotel is very close to the Gloucester Road Underground station which made for easy travel all over London. The neighborhood around the hotel has many good restaurants, coffeeshops, and a market. The V&A and other museums are a short walk. Staff was very helpful and kind, available at all hours of the day.

Beautiful room with gorgeous Baroque-style decoration. The breakfast was very good, although I think scrambled eggs should be included in the menu rather than being an extra charge. The staff was excellent, and a special mention to Marta from the breakfast team, who was absolutely lovely and made the experience even better. The hotel also has a great location, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

The location is wonderful and the staff is helpful and friendly. The only negative is that the shower enclosure allowed water to go all over the floor when the shower was used. Other than that- everything was great!

Great location, close to many restaurants within walkable distance. Close to Underground station. Safe area, no concern walking around day or night. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Clean but needs updating eg) carpets old( note for allergy sufferers). Beds comfortable. Great continental breakfast in AM, very fresh and good selection.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was comfortable and a good size. The furnishings are a bit dated, but that didn't detract from the overall experience. The hotel is very conveniently located near a Tube station and several attractions and shopping areas.
