「We had a 2 night stay at this lovely, new hotel. Very clean, beds wonderfully comfortable. Pillows a bit hard so a choice of pillow would have been better. Checking in was a bit of an ordeal, system issues and language barrier. I understand systems can be challenging at times but there was no customer care, I did not feel welcome, made to feel it was my fault. took my phone off me to check my booking but scrolling through it, which disturbed me. 「Great location,very close to train and tube stations. Staff is helpful, especially manager Barbara - helping me to upgrade from single room to twin room for several days during my two-week stay. Can walk to Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Hyde Park within 10-15 minutes. Quite a lot of restaurants and shops including M&S. Would definitely stay again. 」

「The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations...

「Location was excellent, just 1-2mins walk from the station. It was newly renovated with a lift which we could handle our luggage with ease. We had a privilege to enjoy the city vibe from our room all night long, starting from midnight with crowds chatting and shouting, till dawn with workers cleaning the road and clearing trash. You could just hear everything outside by staying in your bed, which woke us up from time to time. Wouldn’t be my first choice if I wanted to have a nice sleep to...
