「Upon arriving at Tylney Hall, we were met with the most friendly and helpful staff, one staff member opening the front door and greeting us was very good and then another member of staff behind the reception who was equally very good. 「Definitely recommend staying at this place, the staff and the owner is really friendly and helpful. The roooms are modern and clean. The cafeteria is also amazing. 「The room was comfortable and warm, with everything we needed. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and couldn't have done enough for us. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The only comment I would make is that plates should be warmed (our evening meal and breakfast was lukewarm, due to cold plates). (Heatlamp doesn't warm plates sufficiently). Also, the music, during breakfast was too loud...however, it was turned down when requested. Having said that; this didn't take anything away from...
