We stayed for one night and all was appropriate. Location is good, within a short walk to the Elizabeth Line, providing easy connection to central London. Room was small but clean and had all we needed: a mini fridge, TV a clean bathroom. We stayed at the cheapest room and had no suitcase, so it might be a good idea to get a bigger room if you have luggage. Bed is comfortable. Free parking and proximity to the airport is also a plus. Breakfast is available but we can't comment on that as we left before breakfast time. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood if you fancy a bite.
This is a fantastic little B&B. I stayed on my last day in London. The owner (presumably?) was very friendly and helpful, recommending things to do and places to eat, and checking on (and helping guide/setup) morning transportation to the airport. The breakfast was cooked fresh-- hot and delicious. The only con was the initial check-in, but the owner did say he was going to find a way to help with this. The sign on what to do is on the opposite side of the doorbell, easy to miss at night (or if you're not overly observant), but calling the property number got me an immediate reply and help.
Lovely clean rooms, super helpful staff, gave great recommendations for food and public transport. One of the rooms had a/c and the other 2 had fans which was perfect for the heatwave. Would stay here again, lovely little spot.
Manager was extremely helpful and welcoming. Made sure we had all we needed and gave top recommendations for local eating, shopping and transport options. Close to Heathrow which was important since our flights were cancelled. Easy bus ride back to Terminal 5
This is an independent hotel/b&b. I booked a single room very compact, very clean and had every thing I needed for a one night stay. As I had a very early start I did not take advantage of the breakfast. I would book again.
Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! The host Tom is wonderful, very helpful and caring. The area’s quite good - 10 min walk to West Drayton station, as well as a bunch of shops and food places around. The room itself is great, clean and spacious. I loved my stay and would definitely recommend!
Warm and welcoming. Super clean throughout. Great location and with excellent choice of parking ie outside / nearby side street or private area. Great for a work stay with small fridge in the room.
Fantastic home-cooked breakfast, convenient location not too far a walk from a train station that can take you into London, extremely convenient location to Heathrow airport.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room was small but clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was newly redecorated. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for Heathrow and the M25 and M4 are nearby.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Clean room and tasty breakfasts.
Not the most pretty location, right by the road, but the service well made up for it.
Thanks for a nice stay!
