This is potentially the best opción if you have to stay near Heathrow AirPort. Súper convenient to have a walking bridge to Connect with the hotel.

It is frustrating that they charge 15 pounds to check in before 3 pm. I understand the check in staff doesn’t arrive until 3 but they have kiosks and someone at the reception who is happy to take your bags but won’t check you in.

Conveniently located a short walk from Heathrow terminal 4. The staff were absolutely amazing! They were extremely thorough with regards to allergies at the restaurant. Quiet room with all of the necessities for a short stay.

We traveled with 5 people, 3 adults and 2 kids. Our reservation said 2 quad family rooms, we got 1 room for 4 and one room for 1. (the rooms are not big enough for 4 people, even with children!) We tried to rectify with the desk - they said it was Expedia, and Expedia wouldn't answer. Otherwise, it was an ok place to stay close to Heathrow airport. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but all in all okay for a quick overnight.

the Premier Inn at Terminal 4 is wonderful, As a Saudi it is very convenience to be able to walk directly from the Terminal 4 departures hall through the tunnel straight to the hotel lobby. We got family room, It was very comfortable and provided good environment for a good night's rest. The staff were very respectful and helpful, especially Mr, Martinho , whom I would like to thank him for his kind treatment and constant assistance.

Of the two premier inns at Heathrow the one at terminal 4 is the best. It seems to be kept in better condition and has a very convenient footpath that connects directly to terminal 4

Nothing really stood out about this property. When we arrived we were told they wouldnt accept our 17 year old son in the room even though we booked a 4 person room because they only consider 15 and under to be children. And we were forced to purchase another room for him because there was no prior notice even thpugh hos age was given when we booked the room. The food in the restaurant was passable at best, bland and poorly prepared. All in all a mediocre experience. I should have gone to the hilton next door, after paying for the second room it would have been cheaper. The next person in line after me was scammed the same way.
