Very nice staff - room comfortable and clean, with everythingyou need. We were in an accessible room (we just ended up with it) and the queen bed was all the way against the wall, in the eves, so a little tricky for the person against the wall, but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Great location right next to Victoria Station - very convenient coming in from either airport.

It was perfect for my stay. It has a really good location. And it is really convinient that you can drop off the baggage if you came earlier than check in hour.

The staff was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and KIND! I was leaving the hotel because I was disappointed in the tiny rooms - I have never seen any room that small before - the manager Nicoletta (sp) did all she could to stay and make our visit comfortable- the next days, the staff were also quite delightful! Property needs updating, but staff is great

The proximity to the west end theatre district and the Victoria station and busses was the key reason I stayed here. The rooms were quite small, but clean, functional and reasonable for the short stay I planned in the area. The staff were friendly and I was able to enjoy my stay despite the rain.
