The proximity to the west end theatre district and the Victoria station and busses was the key reason I stayed here. The rooms were quite small, but clean, functional and reasonable for the short stay I planned in the area. The staff were friendly and I was able to enjoy my stay despite the rain.

From start to finish this hotel was the best choice! The staff is very pleasant and helpful! The hotel is in a great location, easy access to everything we wanted and needed! The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here to my family and friends!

Great property and excellent location. Staff were always available, always helpful, and genuinely interested in maximizing your experience. We had the all-inclusive and the food was always tasty so I felt like it was a good value. The location is great, very close to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and Victoria Station. Great pubs nearby and beautiful, quiet neighbourhoods to stroll through. Our room had a window looking into a courtyard, always quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Powered shades blocked out the light extremely well. I love this place, can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I’m in London!

The Z Hotel Victoria is a nice place to stay. Our room was too small and we found this uncomfortable, however the Staff helped giving us another room for an extra fee. In general is a good place to stay the location es excellent, close to many attractions places like the Buckingham Palace, The London Eyes and others.

The location of this property is ideal. We walked to Buckingham Palace, St. James Park, Westminster Abbey, Parliament/Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, and more. The restaurant right downstairs was so convenient and the staff were top notch! The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was the room was VERY small, with literally no room or space to unpack. We were only there two nights, so it worked out okay, but would have been too small for a longer stay.

The staff, especially Zuzana, was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, close to coach and train transportation as well as the London sights we wanted to see. The windowless room we selected, based on the best rate, was very small but for our short visit was just fine. Would definitely stay here again.
