"The hotel was sufficient for our needs as we we stayed for 1 night. The room was spacious enough for 2 people. The shower and sink area was clean as well as the bedding. It's a short walk to Hounslow Central underground station with a Tesco Express right next door. Plus many food outlets about 1 or 2 minutes walk away. The area is safe enough. Just use common sense when walking around as with any other area of London. We would stay here again. "

The thoughtful touch of the rose petals on the bed and the handwritten note really was the icing on the cake. I'm not usually the best at planning romantic gestures, but everything about the stay — from the room setup to the spa — really impressed my wife and gave us the perfect chance to unwind from our hectic schedules. The spa was fantastic, and the entire team was warm, welcoming, and professional throughout. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality, and we’ll definitely be back!"

"Clean and comfortable. Efficiency booked into hotel. We used the pool, which was a little grunby around the rim. Only slight niggle would be paying to park for the night £8. Hotel is in a pleasant area with a marina and parkland around it."
