The Drey is in a lovely neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and shops and steps from Earls Court tube station. Property is extremely clean and fresh with all modern conveniences. Every staff member was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Will definitely be my choice any time I return to London.

The rooms are VERY small for two people, but very clean, neat, and safe. The location was perfect - close to Earl’s Court Tube stop with good local restaurants close by. The WiFi didn’t work well in our room, which was frustrating as we didn’t have International calling and had to rely on WiFi for research and communications.

Airco functionele niet maar hadden we ook niet nodig. Nette kamers, goede ontvangst en gemakkelijk online in en uitchecken. In de buurt 5 minuten lopen naar earls court underground met veel winkels en mogelijkheden om te ontbijten in de omgeving.

Lovely staff. It’s a very tiny room but was clean and met our needs. Walkable, safe neighborhood. Super clean, nice shower, nice soap, shampoo and ample outlets, lights and chargers.

The room was insanely small. We knew this going in but it was very different to experience it in person. It was very clean, recently updated, nice view of trees, good neighborhood, and the WiFi was great. But you had to have a phone for your key and had to have location on in Google which felt like an invasion of privacy. It would be ok for one person but not for a couple. There was a coffee maker in the room but it honestly just took up much needed space and the coffee wasn’t even labeled plus no tea option. There was no lobby or lounge associated with the hotel. The units are spread throughout the block mixed with residential. Not a typical hotel.

Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre günstige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum nächsten Bahnhof, wodurch das Stadtzentrum schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar ist. Auch Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars und Fast-Food-Ketten befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Mit den Zimmern waren wir ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war der Zugang zur hauseigenen App, über die man jederzeit Kontakt mit der Rezeption halten konnte. Darüber ließen sich auch problemlos Taxis bestellen, wobei die Rezeption schnell mit einer Bestätigung reagierte. Zudem war es angenehm, dass man in ausgewählten Bars und Restaurants Rabatte von bis zu 20 % erhalten hat.

It was easy to book the accommodation at short notice; the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and accessible without physical contact. There’s no breakfast provided, but there are plenty of options nearby. The location is great too, with good links to public transport and a very quiet setting. All in all: very good.

We were very happy with the location. It was a lovely neighborhood and conveniently located near the Earl’s Court tube. We felt comfortable walking to and from the station. The staff was wonderful. We loved this property!

We did not have a good experience here, our heating did not work, and we told management who came to fix it quickly but did nothing. Also, our shower was broken and the faucet head fell off multiple times, along with the shower being the smallest enclosed space I’ve ever tried to shower in. The biggest issue that we had with our room was the fact that our sliding bathroom door was see-through and right next to the bed, which made it super uncomfortable to use the bathroom right next to the bed through a see through glass door. Overall, would not recommend; there’s so many better places in London, I would try somewhere else.

Fantastic area! Our first time at The Drey and it won't be our last! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the app to access the outer doors and our room. We requested housekeeping just one day of our stay, but it was excellent.

Hotellet ligger i et dejligt område. Nemt at komme ind til centrum med underground. Personalet var meget flinke og hjælpsomme og udøvede god ekstra service. Støvsugningen var ikke helt i skabet, men ellers var værelset rent og pænt. Der var kaffe inkluderet, hvilket var skønt, men kaffemaskinen var sluttet til den eneste stikkontakt i rummet, så når man skulle bruge hårtørrer, skulle man bruge samme stikkontakt, som ikke var i nærheden af et spejl, hvilket var lidt upraktisk. Der var både usb-c og almindelig usb-porte ved sengen til opladning af telefon og iPad. Vi savnede lidt bordplads, da der kun var et meget lille sengebord. Alt i alt er fint sted at bo. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Chambre impeccable, personnel courtois, très bien situé par rapport au bus, métro, pubs, épicerie, cafés, restaurants. Seul petit bémol; le manque de rangement dans la chambre. Tous nos effets personnels étaient par terre.
