「Nice hotel 」

「Our room was excellent and the breakfast was perfect. Very comfy bed and all the facilities were very good.」

「Very poor experience. I have travelling 3 or 4 times every year for the past 20 years. Except the staff in the front desk and health club showed me welcoming. The waitresses in the restuant made sounds and faces behind me during the buffer breakfast. The waitress even did not know I could order and pay online during dinner. Are they trying to embarass the asian faces? Also smelly and stain in the guest room, no refigerator and safe, what kind of experience could not expected.」

「Angel Inn is close to the centre of Petworth, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a large modern bath and separate shower and everything was very clean. We appreciated the teapot in the room and selection of teas, also the complimentary flapjack. We ate in the restaurant area of the inn and had an excellent meal. 」

「We paid full price for a king room but on arrival room was just so small and dingy with just 12 inches clearance around the side of the bed, with a tiny little velux window in the roof. The bathroom was about 2m x 1m with a small shower which was filthy. If you get allocated Room 55 at reception then ask to change as there is no way 2 adults can comfortably fit in that room. 「Wonderful and relaxing environment , beautiful view from family room ! Food are delicious ! Staff are nice and service are excellent ! The only drawback is not enough tissue rolls, shampoo etc for a family of 4.」

「There were build works outside by terrace overlooking lake with cement mixer and angle grinder cutting stone most of the day the Saturday I was there . Not the best idea with patrons sitting there by temporary plastic tape eating and drinking . Perhaps a fencing of sorts to obscure the works ?」

「I was little disappointed as when I booked through hotels.com platform,they advertised it as breakfast included free but then when I arrived at the hotel, I was told breakfast was not included. They didn't tell me the cost of the breakfast until I asked, neither was I given a receipt of my payment made (I should have asked but I had three little kids to sort out and it slipped out of my mind) The room was stuffy, there was a fan which only had speed control and didn't do a great job.
