I stay at Springfields when I visit my home town. Nice people. Fine full English breakfast. Clean, well maintained rooms. In the town center. Walking to restaurants and shops. I'll be back.

Fantastic stay and service

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it does not dissapoint. The host rememberd us and upgraded our room. She was friendly and welcoming and we had everything we needed. Even down to breakfast everything is thought about to make it a fabulous stay. We will be back and I recommend to anyone staying in this area to look them up

Really lovely B&B in the heart of Horsham. Great welcome and lots of info about the locality. Only a few minutes walk to a great variety of eating places and the town centre. The room was spotlessly clean and a good size with a comfy bed. Really great breakfast and friendly staff. Will definitely be back 😊

An unexpected great stay

The pictures do not do this hotel justice. I was unsure what to expect but it was far better than the pictures implied. The room was large and very clean. The service on arrival to checking out was great. Highly recommend the cooked breakfast too!

Excellent location and breakfast

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our room was clean. Our room was on the ground floor and opened onto the Car park, so to have any privacy it was necessary to close the curtains. The tap on the sink in the bathroom only turned one way. It was impossible to have a sink of hot water for my husband to shave. We had to use water from the kettle. The hot water pressure in the shower was low. We have always had an upstairs room here before and had no issues in the past.

Friendly and Efficient Service from all staff - perfect room / bathroom layout and good breakfast. Parking entrance is tight and spaces can get full. Excellent location close to Horsham centre - but that came with a little road noise affecting sleep. Overall good value for money for our one night stay.

We stayed at Springfields as we were going to a wedding. The church was across the road from the hotel, so a perfect location. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel as we arrived early morning. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was great too, and set us up for the day. We'd definitely recommend Springfield
