「Nice bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Very reasonably equipped, minus the fact that there was dish soap but no sponges to clean kitchenware. The staff were always very cordial and online customer service was reasonably fast. The lounge areas made the stay truly amazing. Small area for improvement: adding AC in the gym and paid/free soap dispensers for the laundry rooms.」

I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem. I asked for a phone number to call because the online chat was too inefficient. She gave me a U.S. number, so I made an international call — but it turned out to be...

「I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest. I was forced out in a foreign country with no help and my luggage still inside. Avoid this hotel at all costs. 入住後我全身都是咬痕，有照片為證。飯店現場把床墊保潔墊拖走，事後卻完全否認並把責任推給旅客。 在異國我被迫無處可去、行李還留在房間，他們一句話都不負責。請一定避開這家飯店。 」

「Good location 10 min to Earls Court station Good supermarkets and shops near by Very close to the Natural History and V&A museum Has lift which was very handy we had a small balcony which we didn’t use as the weather was bad Would stay again」

「Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.」

「半公寓模式，checkin前台在別棟，相信照片中較大的房間是地下一層吧，入住時安排了地下一層帶窗的，但畢竟來旅聽到是到下一層也是有點抗拒，沒有去看房直接跟前台說要求給2，3樓(帶露台的)，他們說客滿，但其實我訂房時就知道有地下一習的也要求給高樓層，但還是沒疫安排，最後安排去了4樓，升降機只到3樓，還要拿幾個行李上到4樓，正確來是閣樓吧，走道很小，房間也很小，雖然也是帶有小廚房，但這是英式房除的屋頂，窗子很小地是木板走動起來下層都感覺得到，有點失望，我們在倫敦住一星期，你要親自到前台要求房間清掃才行，而且只是3天一次，洗衣房是收費。但地點的確很方便，綠紅綠地鐵站都有，而且餐廳很多有尤其是廣東菜，可以走路到hyde park~ 可以寄存行李，但鄧是要爬樓梯。。 要是像我們要住很多晚的話，覺得其實還有很多選擇」
