「The listing of the room seemed to have changed after I made the booking. Pictures of the higher tier "apartment" were listed under the lower tier "studio" and the room I ended up with was a complete mismatch of what I booked, and was in poor condition. I contacted the property and they did not acknowledge my comments and refused to offer a better room. They kept repeating the same response like a robot: They don't have other rooms in the same category. Period. I had to leave the property and...

「Very convenient location. But cannot store luggage before check in. Also need to carry own luggage upstairs. The staff is very responsive and helpful though. Overall great value in this location. 」

「半公寓模式，checkin前台在別棟，相信照片中較大的房間是地下一層吧，入住時安排了地下一層帶窗的，但畢竟來旅聽到是到下一層也是有點抗拒，沒有去看房直接跟前台說要求給2，3樓(帶露台的)，他們說客滿，但其實我訂房時就知道有地下一習的也要求給高樓層，但還是沒疫安排，最後安排去了4樓，升降機只到3樓，還要拿幾個行李上到4樓，正確來是閣樓吧，走道很小，房間也很小，雖然也是帶有小廚房，但這是英式房除的屋頂，窗子很小地是木板走動起來下層都感覺得到，有點失望，我們在倫敦住一星期，你要親自到前台要求房間清掃才行，而且只是3天一次，洗衣房是收費。但地點的確很方便，綠紅綠地鐵站都有，而且餐廳很多有尤其是廣東菜，可以走路到hyde park~ 可以寄存行李，但鄧是要爬樓梯。。 要是像我們要住很多晚的話，覺得其實還有很多選擇」

「I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest. I was forced out in a foreign country with no help and my luggage still inside. Avoid this hotel at all costs. 入住後我全身都是咬痕，有照片為證。飯店現場把床墊保潔墊拖走，事後卻完全否認並把責任推給旅客。 在異國我被迫無處可去、行李還留在房間，他們一句話都不負責。請一定避開這家飯店。 」

「The few good things are that it was furnished and everything worked in the kitchen. Also, there was a decent outdoor seating area and two free-use rooms that had AC. however, the bad outweighs the good. ○ unclean silverware; we cleaned everything before use ○ window barely opened at the top, leaving the fan as the best option for cooling; still extremely poor, and most of the time our room was usually hotter than the outside temp no matter what we did, leading to terrible sleep and consistent...

「A good location, plenty shops and restaurants nearby. Kitchen could do with more crockery etc.....hallway is a bit threadbare, but clean. A good place to stay on a budget」
