"Very accommodating! We checked in to our ocean front room , it was blocked by several palm trees and on 2nd floor. Carole was very clear that there wasn’t any other rooms available and that tomorrow we could move to another room. Carole moved us to the 7th floor ocean front. Beautiful view each morning with a sunrise that was prettier each day. They made sure we were happy and got what we paid for. "

"we enjoyed a nice walk to the Beach, and enjoyed the Pool area as it was very quiet, except for the construction down the street! The staff was very pleasant and didn't hesitate to greet us every time we went by!! The breakfast was very good and the 24hr Coffee was awesome!"

"Lovely well kept grounds and pool. Interior is good but in need of updating. Ex. Carpet backing in room was shot. You could here the crumbled backing material when you walked across the room. Weddings took over on Saturday night - inside and out. Drunk wedding attendees until 2am woke us up and kept us awake. Room cleaning - Not enough cleaning staff. second night, gone all day, back to room at 5pm to find room untouched. The night manager responded and got someone to quick clean the...
