"The staff was extremely friendly and courteous when I arrived and remained very helpful throughout my stay. The facility I found to be very old in decor and in need of serious upgrade. The room had torn and very worn out furniture, but the bathroom and shower were clearly updated and very nice. The elevator was very dirty and remained so throughout. The adult only pool was nice until a ton of kids came and the adult only was never enforced. I did like the boardwalk to the small island hut and I spent my mornings there enjoying the beautiful view and the lake view. The facility is a member owned facility and not nearly as nice as others I have stayed out. Again, cleanliness has a lot to be desired and it badly needs a refresh."

"We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend for my birthday. We were upgraded to a corner suite at the Sorrento tower. This one bedroom suite was spacious, clean and had gorgeous views over the beach and ocean and the pool area. All staff was great and friendly. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest!"

"Second time staying at the property. First time stayed in the middle building. Even there is elevator but quite and nice. Clean hotel, nice staff. This time stayed in the main building. Elevator is slow and small I understand it's a historical building. I had to walk most of the time. Toilet is too narrow to the wall even I am not a big fat guy at all. TV lacks channel and not a smart TV for online streaming."

"Staff was friendly and welcoming..especially Calvin. Breakfast was convenient especially if you are trying to make it to the parks early and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool while we were able to sit close enough to watch them. Only 5-10min away from the parks. Great location! "
