"We had a great time visiting the hotel- the staff were all very nice. The overall atmosphere was not as kid-friendly as we had hoped, but otherwise it was a good stay on the beach."

"Staff didn’t clean fully, and the room smelled musty. The towels didn’t get changed and the blankets plus mattress were hard and one bed even had a hole. Plus the room service/staff take 30-1 hour to arrive even after repeated calling them to hurry."

"The water park was over crowded and not worth it. The flamingo pool and hot tub was great. The room was dusty and tons of light bulbs out. One night they forgot to close down the pool and guests were there until after midnight making it hard to sleep."

"This listing is not at all what we ended up walking in to. It was very low class and room was moldy. I didn't feel safe there and couldn't sleep due to coughing from the mold. I called the front office to explain that we needed to check out because it wasn't acceptable at all and was affecting my health. after putting me on hold for 20 minutes, they hung up on me. We then went in to the front office and they got a supervisor and then also got a manager. We booked through expedia but didn't pay until we checked in at the resort. We paid the full amount for 5 night stay at resort. We expained the issue and explained that ew were needing to find a different place to stay and the explained that we would need to go through expedia to request a refund. So we left and proceeded to call expedia and they said they needed to contact the resort. they called the resort and were told that we hadn't spoke to anyone and in fact were still staying at the resort. Nothing in the notes from the supervisor or manager or any of them. We called back the next day and they called the resort again and the resort said we were still staying there. We weren't at all. We had gotten a room for the remaining time at Coronado Springs resort. They lied about the whole thing and denied us speaking to anyone or even checking out for that matter. The resort was not how it was portrayed at all. The strong stench of weed when we parked by our unit didn't make me feel comfortable. Horrible company!"

"Breakfast was not free and not great. Staff was not friendly and the clientele was not great. Partying all night, telling, playing loud music, slamming doors, and no dress code- my kids saw interesting body parts at the bar during dinner. "

"Booked this resort, to try something different from the usual hotel we frequently stay at when visiting Orlando. I have to admit, the photos online make this place seem like a steal for $250 a night. However, after staying there, I am not sure I would again. Came during Spring Break and it was insanely crowded. There was never an option to purchase the “private” seats while we were there - despite several seats staying open the entire time. There is not enough pool chairs - not even by half - for the amount of people that go to the pool. It’s actually ridiculous. We tried the smaller pool & it was ICE cold. My 5 year old couldn’t even stand it (and that says a lot because these kids don’t feel temperatures like we do). So we went to the big pool since we heard it was heated. It wasn’t, by the way … it wasn’t as ice cold as the smaller one though. However, the kids part with the slides was ice cold, so of course my 5 year old was not interested in that. The food at the pool is pretty good. The drinks are super expensive, but that was expected. The restaurant we went to at night, at the resort, was just ok. None of the food was impressive at all. Weird concept too with all these different types of cuisine. Took a long time to be seated and quite awhile for the food to come. It was really like fast food - nothing special. The arcade & put-put area is seriously outdated. It was disappointing. The rooms were ok. The living room & kitchen were nice - outdated but ok. "
