"Pool was very nice and very clean with plenty of poolside seating. That was about the only thing we liked at this hotel. We requested a shuttle from the airport but didn't get picked up until 4 hours later. We did make repeated calls to the motel. Once we got to the hotel we waited over an hour for our room to be cleaned and finished. We ended up spending that time in the lobby because our clothes were locked in security. Staff at the registration desk were crabby and unpleasant. The gentleman running the security storage room, was more friendly than the desk staff! Once we got to our room, we found the toilet not functioning. There was no water pressure and the toilet seat was unstable. We called for maintenance, but again waited over an hour for someone to come and fix the toilet. "

"Everything and everyone was great from the receptionist to the cleaning crew to the food service! This place is highly recommended for adults with children! If you don’t want to go out, you can swim in the lazy river and swimming pool with some miniature golf with a bar!!"
