Everything was wonderful. The decor in the room and the dining room were beautiful. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was outstanding and great choices. The owner and her friend were very friendly and we had great conversations. It was definitely a highlight of our time there. We had a short, but great stay at the Inn on the Avenue. The check-in was easy, location is great, and the host were super friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave very early in the AM, so we missed breakfast. However, we plan to return when we have a bit more time.

Loved it!

What a wonderful getaway! You can not beat the location - easy free parking and then you can walk to the restaurants, shops and even the beach! The Inn Managers Angie & Carol made us feel like family - so warm & pleasant. We loved the breakfasts, especially the unique table where they have everything ready for you and the others can make your pancakes while you chit chat about your plans for the day. We met some very nice people that were also guests of the Inn. I can’t wait to go back!

The place to stay

This is the place to stay in New Smyrna. We felt at home and at ease from the moment we walked in. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and well appointed. The location is easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, but it it also feels like an intimate setting. The breakfast was amazing each day we stayed. Highly recommend.
