Night crew was excellent! Day crew spent most of their time on the phones or with limited verbal conversation with customers. Hotel was clean, but not at a standard for a Hyatt, especially for the price you pay. Needs upgrading. Pool was still under construction, but, at least, you could access the beach from the public access.

Front Desk was great and very helpful. First night, room a/c did not work. We were moved to a new room the next day. Breakfast dishes needed a second cleaning, coffee cup still had lipstick on the cup and plate needed cleaning. Breakfast was great! Parking was great! Even with the construction happening during our stay (which we knew about ahead of time), this turned out to be one of the best anniversary vacations we've had in a while. The hotel's location was perfect—everything we needed was within a 20-minute drive in any direction. Some mornings the breakfast could have been better, but hey, we still ate and made it work, lol. We especially loved how easy it was to get to the beach—such a convenience! I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 mainly due to the ongoing construction and the fact that the building is a bit outdated. Still, we had a great experience overall!
