El desayuno muy escaso , aunque dice empezando a las 6:30 hasta las 10:00 am Llegamos a las 8:00 y ya el desayuno no rellenan lo que se terminaba. Llegamos jueves y un solo elevador, casi 15 a 20 minute para coger elevator, personal de limpieza con prioridad suiendi con carros de limpiezas.La habitacion no la limpiaba solamente un dia pusieron toallas limpias los demas dias toallas de mi propiedad. LA BASURA SE LA tuvimos que votar porque no la recogian. Las lamparas con mojo y el baño estaba con mojo entre las losas. Realmente un desastre de vacaciones

The room overlooked the beach. Two minor issues with the room. The clock did not work and one of the drawers would not shut completely. It kept sliding back open no matter what I did. I did tell the desk on checking out

The main issue with the stay is that there was only one working elevator. Stair access is outside and requires badge access but was not working. Was told only maintenance could open it and they weren’t here. Just seemed like a huge safety issue, more than 15 people in the elevator due to huge waits. Was willing to climb the 6 flights of stairs to our room but wasn’t allowed. It just seems like they need more help maintenance and upkeep wise. There were some front desk people that were really helpful in terms of checking us into our room.

Only had one elevator. No Wi-Fi all weekend. Also, the staff is very rude. I do not recommend staying here. The positives were walking up to the ocean, ocean proximity and breakfast.

We didn't request daily cleaning so we were ok. Very busy on weekend we left with not enough help and only one elevator was working then as well. Oceanfront room with balcony was great . Pool and beach access were great. Breakfast was nice to have but nothing special.

We stayed 3 nights, our room was never cleaned, and they were out of bath towels our entire stay. Only 1 of 2 elevators was operable (and no service elevator) so we had to take the stairs our entire stay (even with luggage). Breakfast was a zoo every morning. Not enough seating, not enough food, no one cleaning tables. This hotel is soooooo understaffed and they cannot keep up with the amount of guests they have.

The was ocean front with a nice view, I only wish there would have been chairs available for the balcony. All the staff including the front desk were unpleasant to deal with as if they did not like their job or their patrons. I will never stay at this Hilton location again and will have to scrotinize others further before staying at any Hilton.

Beautiful new pool. Convenient beach access. We had a 10th floor ocean view room which had beautiful beach & intercoastal views. Free self parking. Reasonable breakfast included with your stay. Comfortable king bed. Shower lacked water pressure and the rooms are showing their age. All in all, an excellent stay for the price. So glad this hotel is back to its pre-hurricane condition.

Perfect view of the ocean from our room. Even during bike week the hotel wasn't noisy. Parking did get a bit tight, but when bike week ended there was plenty of parking. I would definitely stay again.

Ocean Front, clean room and the staff was excellent. Could spell pot from our room every day we were there, this was very annoying, as we don't smoke or do drugs.

The paint was chipped. The curtains were stained. 2 out of 3 bathroom lights were out, like not working. I messaged to ask for early check in. Received a phone call from a staff member who said I could check in at 2pm only to get there to be told they didn’t have any rooms available until 4pm

Hyatt should be a shamed of themselves for even putting the name Hyatt on this hotel. The hotel is dirty, the carpets in the hallways are dirty, we got off the elevator and it must have been 100 degrees in the hallway going to our room, the door would not latch without lifting up on the handle. I paid for an oceanfront room so we could sit and watch the ocean, there were no chairs on the balcony, the girl at the front desk told me it was because of the hurricanes which were 2 years ago. My wife and I took showers that next morning, while in the shower the water would change from hot to cold to scolding and at one point the water shut off completely so we had to wait in the shower for the water to come back on, and the shower head was horrible when we actually had water, I was also told by the girl at the desk that they know about it but She didn’t know anything else. The shower handle was very loose which made it difficult to even adjust the water temperature. The shower doors were very hard to open and close. I had to fix the toilet because it would continue to run and never fill up. this happened 2 times during our 2 day stay. The breakfast was good, the room was good the bed was comfortable. I will never stay there again or any other Hyatt for that matter and I would not recommend this hotel to any else.
