Customer service was excellent!

Good location right off of I-95. Hotel is clean, modern, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is not included but there is a bistro in the lobby which also has a bar that is open till 10pm. This property has great access to downtown Jacksonville and the sports stadium in particular. There is a shopping area right across the street with easy access that has groceries and several local shops. The all suite concept is very good and the rooms are comfortable. Room was nice and clean; it had plenty of electronic outlets which is a plus. The only drawback was the location of the room; the primary window faced the back and early in the morning a delivery came and the workers were loud.

This is our 2nd stay, and we will stay here every time we come to Jacksonville! Absolutely the nicest staff, cleanest rooms, quiet, comfortable & hottest showers!

Not being familiar with the Jacksonville area this was sort of a central location. Getting around was pretty simple. The staff was great with helping to answer questions
