Great location, walking distance to public transportation and Dotonbori. For a family with grown children, have to split into two rooms, double and triple, which worked out quite well. A comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. The king bed was enormous and overtook the room. Good amenities were provided and the breakfast option was tasty, lots of choices for all cultures.
