The entire staff was extremely polite with a warm welcome and very helpful as I checked in. My room was nice and clean. It had a quiet atmosphere to relax and enjoy my evening on the beach ocean front.

The property would have been nice but was under construction, so the beach access, pool, tiki bar, lobby were all closed. I didn’t see where this was mentioned when we booked. They ran loud drills all day starting in the morning. We had to go next door to get to the beach. Our room was nice and the beach was nice. If we would have been there at non-construction time, it would have been much better.

Amazing beach view from 6th floor, clean and very spacious room. Great bathroom and cleanliness of daily service was excellent. Nice bar selection of drinks and food. Pool clean reception staff helpful

The hotel was under construction. There was areas closed off only one elevator and not the best looking. People were nice. They could do a better job for food if they are going to do food.

Great hotel, location

This is a well located hotel with the huge beach with direct access. Also, a coffee bar, restaurant for basic needs, too. Easily accessible to other parts of Jacksonville. Neighborhood was nice, a great walkable natural food store. Staff were very friendly.
