「They refused to honor price quoted by hotel.com. They said they were no longer with hotel.com and hadn't been for years. They wanted us to pay over double what was quoted to us, even after viewing the confirmation! We left.」

「Beautiful property. However the beds had not been changed. So we were expected to sleep on dirty bedding. Which we opted to sleep on the couch instead, for the whole 4 days. The property manager(s) were not available for not one issue we experienced. I constantly had to contact Expedia, and they were unsuccessful reaching them as well. 「Family friendly property with everything we were looking for. Nice water park and full of amenities. If you need a break from the parks, this is the place for you! Plenty of room, hot showers and good beds.」
