「Very clean room. Greeted with a smile with a late check in. Could use an elevator to get to the 2nd floor with the luggage, and a ice make working onour floor. Besides those tiny inconveniences the place was clean, safe, and breakfast was great. Thank you to the staff.」

「Nice little hotel. Room was small but it was nice and cozy just for one night. Loved the streaming TV. Bed was very comfortable. Only stayed one night but it was ok for the one night we were their. Wouldn't book for multiple days though.」

「The rooms are awesome. It's a queen suite and has everything I needed down to dishes. I WILL stay here again when coming to the beach ⛱️. The room doors have a code and not a card to have to keep up with. If you are like me I lay the card down and forget about it and run to the car and now I'm locked out. Here it's a code and I like that a lot. The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Hell, I could live here.」

「We loved the Porch on Frances Inn and will definitely be back! It is in a great location, close to everything but also quiet. The staff is so friendly and helpful that they were more like friends. It’s beautifully decorated and simple…everything you need and nothing you don’t. We can’t wait to come back to Key West and POFI.」
