「The property is really close to the beach with a golf cart + private beach access, and it looks like the listing. But there are many improvements needed.. overall the property is lacking maintenance ☹️ Kitchen is lacking basic essentials such as almost all knives are rusty or no salt. There was also lots of mold on the refrigerator ice dispenser. We saw three different live cockroaches and found that the trash bin smelled very bad + had tons of maggots from the accumulating trash.」

「We chose the cottage specifically because it had a pool and hot tub. Neither worked for our entire stay. We brought it to their attention and a guy came out one day when we weren’t home, per our neighbor, but it was never fixed. It was filthy and a health concern. It was our 25th wedding anniversary trip and definitely not what was represented. We do have photos of all this. Very disappointing. 」
