「Great place to stay. Very clean and the inside of the place was beautiful and spacious.」

「It took us almost 3 hours to get some body on the phone to answer us to get a code to get the key. There were no body to ask questions, There is no office to talk to a person. Maintenance workers were absolutely rude. I would highly not recommend th8s place.」

「I will never book through ACO again. We have stayed in homes from Encore before and have always had a great experience. But it seems, ACO Vacation homes do not properly upkeep their homes. Rooms and bedding were dirty and had stains on the pillow cases and sheets. All the light switches were sticky for some reason. Broken furniture such as an ottoman found upstairs. Most TVs in the rooms had no connection. Blinds were missing on many of the windows. Dining room seats and table were dirty....

「Communication was great with the host! The property and included club house access was perfect for my family! We loved how spacious the home was and how we could easily walk to the club house. Everyone who worked at the gated community was friendly & we had a great time. We have to say that there were only 2 minor gripes about our stay: 1.
