The check-in process was very long with little to no information from the host. We had to call Expedia for the correct information after calling and messaging the host for an hour. The post also did not explain that the home is split into two rentals. Thank goodness the door is locked but it was jarring to find out. No food items, even sealed, could be left in the kitchen or ants came. It could have been worse but it also wasn’t the best experience

I would have given this place a perfect score but the smell on 1 set of the pillow cases did not smell like it had been washed. It had a bad smell. Everything else is perfect. The bed was hard but it’s a personal preference so that doesn’t matter.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr schön. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und die Ausstattung des Hauses war vollkommen ausreichend für einen angenehmen Urlaub. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung, hätte an der ein oder anderen Stelle aber noch etwas besser sein können. Man sollte sich im Vorfeld bewusst sein, dass sich die Unterkunft nicht im Zentrum von Miami befindet und man daher auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Das stellte für uns jedoch keinerlei Problem dar, da ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Ebenfalls wichtig zu wissen ist, dass das Haus in drei separate Wohneinheiten unterteilt ist. Die Wände sind relativ hellhörig, sodass man den einen oder anderen Nachbarn hören kann. Wenn sich alle an die Ruhezeiten halten und gegenseitig Rücksicht nehmen, ist das jedoch absolut in Ordnung. Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts kurzzeitig neue Nachbarn, die weder Rücksicht genommen noch die Ruhezeiten eingehalten haben, sodass es am Nachmittag bis spät in die Nacht sehr sehr laut war. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch der Umgang des Gastgebers mit der Situation: Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde sofort reagiert und das Problem gelöst, sodass wieder Ruhe herrschte. Wir fühlten uns ernst genommen und gut betreut, was letztlich dazu beigetragen hat, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt dennoch sehr genießen konnten. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Beautiful condo like home. Me and my family enjoyed so much and when we return to Miami this will probably be our stay for the second time. Very clean and felt like home. Central Ac, full kitchen, dishes pots and pans and just an amazing experience for a last minute reservation. Thank you!!!

Pros : Quiet neighborhood, felt safe. House is open and airy, plenty of space. Text communication was answered quickly. Cons : The beds were incredibly uncomfortable - felt like sleeping on overly soft foam laid on top of plywood. The couch in the living room also wasn't very comfortable. The house was in no way dirty - but considering the cleaning fee, it had some obvious misses. There was a large coffee splatter on the kitchen floor. There was hair all over one of the bedroom floors. There were 2 large pieces of food under the coffee table. The booking information on Expedia is confusing. I can't recall what it looked like on booking - but AFTER booking, there was no detail on how many bathrooms were in the property. The pictures clearly show 2, and nothing indicated otherwise. It needs to be clearer that this is a WHOLE HOUSE, but you only have access to certain areas based on how it's booked, and the PHOTOS should be marked to indicate which booking type they are included in. I did inquire via text - and I did get answers decently fast - but it was pretty confusing on arrival. It seems silly - but the address numbers are lit TERRIBLY and very hard to read while trying to find the house. Needs to be more clearly marked in the evening (the whole neighborhood is like this and it's awful). I don't recall if laundry was listed on property details. The washer and dryer were open and available, but no cleaning products included.

It's hard to find a nice restaurant in this area because I think it’s outdated. When they move their restaurant they don't update it in Google which makes it difficult to find.
