At arrival, our access code did not work, so they gave us another room. There was an issue with the kitchen, which they solved inmediately. Very nice and supportive staff. Thanks. There is a particular humidity smell at the property. So strong that our clothes got it. Other than that, it was a good location and we definitely recommend it. Thanks!

Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami.

We enjoyed the opportunity to have our living and sleeping area separate. The kitchen had every utensil we needed and the decor was upscale but comfortable. Would recommend it to other friends and family members

I would like to emphasize the fact that this I the first review I’ve wrote for any of my stays and the reason that this is the best one I have ever had. In addition with the phenomenal food establishments nearby, this stay made my week in Miami the best trip I have ever took, and my friends who came with agreed. I will definitely be staying here anytime I am in town. The owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, going above and beyond for his guests whenever needed or asked to. Appreciate everything, thank you very much.

AMAZING!

We had a great time at David's place. The apartment is gorgeous! you feel you are at a resort at the beach, super clean and beautifully decorated, anything you might need for your stay you will find it, toiletries, towels, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. Nice flat tv with netflix HBO and more, but the best part was our host, the communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. David is the most kind, thoughtful host I've met, he greeted us when we got there and continued to check up on us to make sure we were comfortable or if we needed anything, we even made a mistake by doing a double reservation and he took the time to call to make sure we were not being charged extra fees! This place is a gem!!! Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment

David was an excellent host. All the apartment was clean, excellent location with walmart, target and the airport near. The bed and the hole apartment was comfy, wifi excellent, with a tv to watch netflix. Kitchen with all the supplies, coffee maker, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Nice and quiet neighborhood. You can leave the car in the street next to the door and nothing will happen.

Dirt and dust every where. Pictures in this case was not telling the truth. Very small and furnitures all over the room making it even smaller. Could not close the door while sitting in restroom it was hitting my knees. Worst 3 nights I ever had . Others personal items in lockers. In pictures you see a backyard with space for table and chairs. In reality it was very little space and dark. Lef all over place not even that was cleaned away! Be aware and add some money there are much much better places.
