"We came into town for a family event. The location was great and the apartment was nice. More room and much better than a small hotel room."

"Apartment exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and cleanliness. The complementary wind and microwave popcorn was a bonus. My only suggestion would be to somehow list the tv channels that are actually included in the cable plan. The TV Guide button brings up over 200 channels but most of the “channel not available” after you select it. This was a bit frustrating and a wasted a lot of time looking for a show or movie"

"Excellent Breakfast, comfortable and clean bedroom, Very appealing decor in an old historic home. Excellent location next to the city center. Hosts were helpful and accommodating. The tea/coffee with home-made brownies was available at all hours"

"We had a great stay. The rooms are dated but the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. We arrived before check in and they were able to get us in a room early. Great front desk staff. "

"Our stay was great! Centrally located to the downtown area, walking distance to most! The beach is a little further but not too far! The beds were decent, and everything was clean! Keep in mind this house is a historic house and does come with its share of creaks and old decor. Shelly the host was very welcoming and helpful. All in all I would absolutely stay there again. "

"Having access to a gym and a pool for early morning exercise was really important. Also, the staff was very responsive and very professional. When I reported that the sink was clogged, maintenance was available to fix it within minutes."

"Great spot to stay. We had some issues, but maintenance was quick to respond and help us. In Grand Haven for a funeral. Couple things that are not critical, but would improve condo. Kleenex in the bathrooms. Shower rods and drapery rods need to be secured. Directions for TV. Three remotes! Location was perfect for family we needed to see."

"Had a confirmed booking and was charged however I never received any information on how to check into the property. I arrived at the property and no one was there for me to check in. I messaged the owner on the VRBO app and never received a response. After traveling several hours to stay at this property I had to scramble to make other arrangements for the weekend. VRBO customer service to resolve this and provide a refund is atrocious and have been no help."
