Staff was top notch and very accommodating. I truly wish I had the woman’s name that checked us in, she deserves a special shout out for her professionalism & friendliness- our fireplace wasn’t working, she came in prepared & immediately suggested a change of rooms to prevent a repeat. She said she had been there for 7 years but her down to earth enjoyment of her job, and intricate attention to detail (wishing my husband a happy birthday, and other small talk) was wonderful. Property was very clean, would stay again!

We definitely enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel but the spa jets are loud and hard to enjoy, our neighbor left their porch light on so a lot of light came through the shades making it hard to sleep, and our room was right outside the lobby/breakfast bar so we were awakened at 5 am to cabinets closing and breakfast preparation. Otherwise the views and overall feel of the surroundings are great. Thank you

Always a great experience! Manager Austin was extremely helpful. So was Carmen. Didn’t eat breakfast this trip, but it’s always good. The views of White Lake are spectacular, Montague Foods grocery is across the street; both Montague and Whitehall downtowns are walking distance—great food and small town night life!
